Playground/Recreation Committee

Pavilion at the North Catasauqua Playground

·       Outfitted with 20 picnic tables, garbage cans, electric, and an open charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).  Restrooms are available (upon renting, you will be supplied with a key)

·       The pavilion and playground are handicapped accessible.

·       The pavilion is available to rent April through October, on Saturday and Sunday afternoons (from 7AM to 10PM).  Please contact the borough office for more details.

Rates

¡    North Catasauqua Resident or Non-Profit Group – $60.00

¡    Non-Resident or Corporate Group – $100.00

¡    All renters – $100.00 Security Deposit – Must be paid one week prior to rental.  If no damage is found, it will be refunded when keys are returned (checks are not cashed).

·       If a cancellation is made, rental charges will be refunded if the pavilion can be re-booked for the same day

·       By the end of the first business day following the rental, individuals may re-book the same weekend for the following year

·       After the first business day, it may be booked up to one full year in advance of the desired date (example – the pavilion can be booked after June 4, 2006 for an event on June 3, 2006)

Rules

¡    NO vehicles allowed on property.  There is a drive-up road from Grove St. to the pavilion, which may ONLY be used for loading purposes.  There is a small parking lot and plenty of street parking available.

¡    All posted Park Rules MUST be adhered to.

¡    Your party may be use all park equipment and ball fields, but do not have exclusive rights to their use.
